An amazing thing, the human brain. Capable of understanding incredibly complex and intricate concepts. Yet at times unable to recognize the obvious and simple.
- Jay Abraham
I simply agree. Nothing and no one could best say it. Human beings are very intelligent.
But sometimes I wonder why if we are so intelligent, we can't see what ants are doing over and over in the course of their lives and the lives of their co-species. It's not like the word "teamwork" or "synergy" was invented by them. But they personify it and do it so very very well.
What if a group of like-minded guys could move and act like the ants? What if a group of businessmen and investors think with such great synergy and work together like Ants going for a common goal and common good, do you think they would be able to create a multimillionaire business empire?
No, I don't think they would be multimillionaires. I think they would Billionaires.
Wherever you are, in whatever field you belong... be it Real Estate, Stocks, Bonds, Forex, Marketing & Sales, let's work like the ants - spread and share the abundance of life and see all the good in nature! I am sure that everything will only work out to those who uses and maximizes the greatest gift that the Lord has given them - our Human Brain.
Wishing you only the best in the Yuletide season and into the next year 2012!
Happy investing!
God Bless and more blessings, more prosperity and more abundance to all.

The 3 BIG Money Mountains
I've heard from an interview about the book "Multiple Streams of Income", written by well-known author & real-estate investor Robert Allen, that there are 3 Money Mountains where the most successful and richest people mainly get their income from.. and these are: Stocks, Real Estate, and Internet Marketing (for their Business).
I myself has tried and attended seminars and read books about these and some other different / various financial vehicles.. sometimes I hit big time, sometimes I lose, but experiencing and trying them practically gave me an idea how money really works, and how ordinary people like me can actually try it. (I did it part-time before, during the time I have work, but now I have resigned from work and decided to do business FULL TIME).
My journey started around 2-3 years ago, when I 've heard about CitisecOnline (stocks) from a Bo Sanchez blog. I tried my hand at stocks trading. It was really good. Sometimes I gained a lot (as much as Php 10k or sometimes even more - especially during the recent upsurge of mining companies here in the Philippines), but sometimes I lose din (more or less the same amount). Right now, the market is down, so mejo laylo muna ako, but at least I got a real first hand idea on how it works. When I'm ready at lumaki yung current business na ginagawa ko now, I know now how to strategize better -- even during faulty times like today (mejo down ang market right now because of US recession and Europe Debt woes).
Sa Real Estate naman.. I attended a seminar, at dun ako namulat on the possibilities and upside of Real Estate business, especially here in our country. There is even one side who pushes "no money down" real estate investing. It's possible, it's still risky, but you can't really say that it's impossible. Coz i've known, talked to, and met successful people who did it. Another one I like espouses and specializes in Foreclosure Real Estate (I should have checked this out first before I got our own townhouse -me and my fiancé's novice take on Real Estate - which we plan to rent-out to nearby renters from the location's community of Eco-Parks and Industrial Sites, just south of Manila). And sometimes, it all boils down to the third "money mountain" where rivers of wealth flows, ika nga ni Robert Allen.. which is....
Internet Marketing. Right now, this is the program I am into. Of course I haven't forgotten about the first 2 important vehicles that I've mentioned, but this 3rd one is special. Coz this is where I've learned about what side of a business is the most important one. It's not Sales (yep, of course, Sales is the lifeblood of all business, and is very very important and is almost as important as the one aspect I'm referring to)... but rather.. MARKETING. And this is where I met (not really physically) and learned from great mentors and world-renowned innovators such as Jay Abraham, Brian Tracy, John Caples, and a few others -- who themselves were the ideas behind well-known books and speakers like Tony Robbins, and the great success of the book Chicken Soup for the Soul.
All I can say right now is that there is a wealth of knowledge out there where we can learn a lot from. If there is one thing that the richest and wisest man in history (King Solomon) would have cared to learn today.. it would be this knowledge and wisdom in this particular part of our current History.
Life is short. Sooo soo short that we could lose it anytime. We don't want to spend it kissing the asses of so-called bosses, hoping that what we have now is the solution. Yup, of course, work is good. It's what gives us our basic needs and "security".. and it's what brings food to the table. And yes, it's totally right.. it really does bring food to the table.
But I don't just want food on the table. I don't just want enough of what we can get out of what we have now.
I want my dreams.
I want financial freedom.
And I want my life back.
Everyone deserves to push for their dreams and have a better life, the prosperous life that God always has and always had in store for us.

A Filipino Dream
Work is a great opportunity.
Just like every great opportunity, you try to take advantage of it (in a good way!), try to make the best out of it.
Let me tell you of a great secret we can learn from those who had been successful. In practical terms, you can use this great opportunity (your primary WORK or your business) to grow financially. This is where it all starts. Since this is the one seed where you can reap all the other great opportunities. This is where you can produce. And you use what you produce to produce more.
Eto ang sinabi sa kin ng mga mentors ko, na kung saan saang seminars or libro ko napupulot:
The Billionaire Wealth Building Formula
Generate Income (through your own business or active income from work)
---> then SAVE the Income
---> then INVEST that Savings into Other Businesses and/or Cashflow Producing opportunities (like Real Estate, Stocks, Network Marketing or other opportunities)
---> then Save the Income from the Businesses and/or or opportunity you have discovered, uncovered or presently covering
---> then INVEST again...
(repeat this formula over and over and your wealth grows exponentially!)
Living our lives, living our dreams - but first, living on PASSIVE INCOME - should be our life's financial goal.
Kung wala ka pang work - no problem, even if you are still young or a fresh graduate. You have all the time to think, to visualize and plan your life. You may not know yet what it is that life is to offer when you are young, until you reach a point like where I am now at my age. I wished I knew what I know now and implanted it to my brain when I was that young. I envy you. I really do. When I started, all I could think of is what my parents told me. I couldn't or wouldn't even listen. I was sooooo stubborn. So full of myself. So proud to take the world (the real world) as if I know a piece of it. I have been so short-sighted that lots and lots of opportunities were wasted. Even now, I tend to forget and I tend not to act. (And so I am starting this blog.) This is one of the consequences of going into business or getting self-employed -- you don't have a boss. Yourself is your boss. If you act like the "bossing-bossing" boss, then talo ka. If you strive to be the "great leader" or serving boss, then the Sky is the limit for you.
And that's the good part of it - what they call the "great paradox" of business.
When I was young, my parents (whom I love so dearly, don't get me wrong here) gave me only 1 formula:
Work. Work. Work. Through that you will earn and have money.
(My formula then, when I was young, was: Enjoy Life. Play. Gimik. Games. Girlfriend. Barkada. Insan. Text / Internet. Gastos dito, gastos duon. So typical of a young person full of life.)
It's not their mistake. Yun lang din ang iisang formula na binigay ng parents nila sa kanila. The good news? Hindi lang po iyun ang nag-iisang formula.
So what now? You work, work and work until your physical body can't do it anymore? Then at that time, do you think you have saved enough for your retirement?
Teka, what retirement? You haven't heard of the word "retirement"? Oh yes, you heard of it, but you don't know.. does it exist here in the Philippines? Nangyayari ba yun? Do you get it automatically? You earn it? Or do you pay for it? Is it called separation pay? Is it called Insurance? Hey, hey, wait.. easy lang. That's another term... ano yung insurance? Meron ba tayo nun? Ano ba yun, kelangan ba natin yun? Naririnig ko lang yun sa Amerika e. Di ba binebenta sa atin yun? Or, di ba, yun yung SSS? O.. di ba dapat magbibigay yung pinagtatrabahuan natin ng ganun once you resign na and go find another work?
You are not alone my friend. There's sooo much to learn. And so I am here. I am here to guide you just as my mentors, those countless books, those speakers in seminars I've attended, those blogs, those friends who were seeking the same fortune as me, has guided me. I will guide you and we will learn together. Coz.. me? I'm still learning, too. We will learn together, and we will listen to what LIFE itself has been telling us all along but we just DIDN'T budge.
We will learn. We will listen and take note of all the good points. Scrap all the bad ones, but still make a mental note of them and be sure to prepare for them -- and again, "learn" from them. (It's a cycle, don't you see?)
We will prepare ourselves. We will seize the moment. We will be aware and will come to understand or realize: what great great abundance life can really offer.
We will seek our lives. Our dreams.
We will ask.
And we shall receive.
Libre daw ang mangarap. Pero libre din ang pagkilos. Ang pag-aaral. Ang pagsi-siyasat.
At syempre, libre rin ang knowledge na ishe-share ko sa yo!!! =)
So ACT now, my friend. For those people who hate investing or business - let's listen to the world around us! Let's open up our minds to the wisdom we can share, and the abundance we can find everywhere.
Follow your dreams!
But don't just dream....
DREAM BIG!!!
Because life is short. Spend it in the best way possible. Spend it the way you really really really like it.
Live life to your fullest!
Good luck, God bless! More blessings, prosperity and abundance to all! =)
